Polish Blind Union

"We can see, what others can`t perceive" - the slogan is a motto for the activity of Polish Blind Union, that is the association representing the interests of blind and partially-sighted people in the Zachodniopomorskie County. The district was found on 18.10.1951r. After a year it was reformed into the union with 56 members. Its first chairman was long-term activist in Bydgoszcz - Wladyslaw Lukaszewski.
