SimpleCMS System it is an expanded tool used for managing the content of a website and choosen elements of its structure. The solution is based on intuitive and easy-to-use mechanisms allowing to edit texts (with all common options), add photos and special elements characteristic of particular sections. Additionally, there are various methods used for managing navigation system - menu and link position edition. Everything served in such way, that the user with basic computer knowledge will handle.
The SimpleCMS Standard solution is aimed on the companies and institution intersted in controling updates of their websites. It includes a moduel that allows to grant access to different resources of the website for different users. To provide the information with security there is a database backup option available.
The SimpleCMS Client solution is an enhancement of the Standard version designed to follow B2C policy (Business-to-Consumer). It is based on the tools that are to manage communication with the client: Newsletter used to keep up e-mail corespondance, Q&A responsible for internet surveys and eCards allowing to send electronic postcards.
SimpleCMS Client has additional authorisation mechanism. 3-degree user hierarchy was created to rise the security level concerning information published on the website. From no on, Supervisor will accept every material created or edited by any other user through the system. This version has expanded backup options - not only database information as it is in Standard pack, but the whole webpage including script, graphic and download files. Very important feature of the Client is the possibility of managing language versions of a website.
