PolCreate.pl agency was choosen to prepare thorough analysis in export division of ANIMEX group in Szczecin concerning formal and informal information system - internal communication, procedures and mechanism that take place while executing orders. Many meetings and interviews with the employees allowed the agency to prepare, after 3 months of researches, a final documentation.
